Snoozing for a half-hour can be an enjoyable way to promote physical well-being, and naps have been known to improve your mood and memory. A 20-minute nap can sharpen your senses and revitalize you, while a ten minute nap can leave you feeling more cheerful. Falling into a light sleep during the daytime can feel meditative. The thoughts you have as you are taking a nap and the dreams you experience may offer you insights about your life that you may not have at night when you are in a deep sleep. In order to fully enjoy the benefits of napping, you may need to give yourself permission to nap. Feeling guilty about snoozing or worrying about your to-do list won't do you much good when you are trying to take a nap because your thoughts or feelings will keep you awake. Try to nap at the same time each day, and use an alarm clock to ensure that you don't sleep for too long. If you go to an office, try crawl under your desk for a nap. Learning to nap and enjoy its restorative benefits can help you wake up restored, rejuvenated, and ready for the rest of your day.

FRIDAY! went to JB with my frens! Best thing is, my parents know nothing about it. HAHA. met up with jon and lihan and nabilah at jurong east, and fadhilah at cck. finally we met up with shahz and took a bus there! First time in my life, i walked across the bridge to malaysia. lucky, yesterday's weather was so so so damn damn damn nice. ok wait. today's weather also quite nice. woo. wish the weather is like this for the rest of the year.
Once at city square, we started to eat. lol. piggy. Kenny rogers. i excepted their chicken to be as good as nandos. zzzz. not even close. haha. nvm after that we started the shopping spree. gals led the way. lol. they enter any shop they passed. lol. i actually had nothing in mind to buy. haha. but in the end got a few t shirts for my bro and myself, and that batman shirt jon shaz and i will be wearing on monday. haha. Went to secret recipe for tea break. lihan is like crazy over secret recipe. lol i must admit they serve really tasty cakes, especially cheesssssecake. =)
We watched X files there. Don't really find the movie nice at all. a little gory. jun said it was awesome if u understood the story. lol. guess i dun understand. nabilah couldnt get the shoe she wanted! no size. awwww. all the minahs wear size 6. LOL.
Took bus back to singapore. all looking very shagged. haha. must be the walking. i really dun understand why gals can walk so much. took the train to jurong with them except shahz. once i reached home, read my 410 naruto manga then slept. lol. and i actually forgot to brush my teeth! lol. woke up at 7plus to brush my teeth, then go back to sleep again. then woke up at 10plus finally.

WEDNESDAY. NO VB CODES TODAY. Si Bei Shiokness. did standard deviation instead. wasnt that hard eh? Acutally i like my wednesday grp. with the exception of someone that does nothing. practically doesnt exist, hence my grp has only 4 souls. sad. haha. today's chewling bday! Caught up with kyser today during lunch. He updated me some new info and experience. LOL kyser i didnt know that you're so ____________ ! ! ! haha.
After class while dota-ing and at the same time killing time b4 training, i recieved 2 smses. One from Zul and one from coach. I read coach's sms first ; Today no training. Wa while dota-ing, in my mind was like, @#$%^!!!!! now then tell me. zzz. 40mins b4 training. SIGH. there goes my 40bucks, and i've not touched my racket for quite awhile, so eager to play. NVM. 2nd sms was from Zul; K bro wait for me after your training ends yea. Once i'm done i call you. ZZZ. but in the end i still stayed for zul la. such a nice fren.
OK waited 2 hours from zul. sat at the spectator's stand day dreaming, again. Thought about many things. Like TMR's UT. sian i dunno why. i cant seem to do well for enterprise UT. although i like enterprise. zzzz. Other than thinking of the UT. i thought of cherie too. hope she's doing fine, coping well, and studying hard. all the best for your O's. and i thought about ice-cream. LOL. but too bad, im tooo lazy to walk to booklink or 7-11 to get one.
Cherie and I have been together for 3 years, and although i still love her, at the same time, i hate her. The sacrifices i've made and things i did, to this point of time, she dont recognise it anymore. SIGH. ok i forgot.

And the sad thing is ( very sad ) the girlfren, waited for him but he nv returned. T_T and she's blogging about her life after his departure. There's something to learn from this incident. And i don't think the girl regretted anything, cos from what i see, she treasures and enjoy every moment she had with the boyfriend. just that she misses him alot. i mean alot. feel so sorry for her. yeah moral of the story?

FRIDAY. Tired and very sick of school. Fucked up shuffling. Am i the very lucky bastard? zzz 3 str8 days with miah. wtm~
SIAN. so today i decided to pon half way. i did something at least, scavaging for PPTs from my fren. got one very comprehensive ppt from ama. so decided to pass it to nabilah. chilled at the library with Zul and frens. No mood to do anything. No mood to study, no mood to play, no mood to talk. zzzz. but i think i got mood for ice creams. almost wanted to throw my phone against the wall until i thought about the consequences. haha!
Went to esplanade with nabilah, jon and jeremy. Had a great time with them. lol. they never fail to make me happy. that sounded abit girly. lol. whatever. had dinner at makansutra. then went to marina square for ice cream. yeah. im always in the mood for that. i treat. lol. talked talked and lepak lepak at singapore river. cooooool. feel so myself when im with them. haha! i rather have frens, than having a gf. Which will surely turn out to be a very bodoh sundal.

Today my class had our Adventure learning programme! So glad that most of class went. except for some pussies. lol. My class merged with W15A, which had a small group, and we took the easier obstacle course. The first step out was rather scary... with the swaying bridge and some wind factor. haha. But with some encouragement from my class and courage inside me, I gained confidence as I gradually approach the finishing line. Quite funny to see how people can actually freeze at one point and start screaming. haha. As if it will help if you scream. rofl. Didnt managed to take on the more complicated course as the other class had a large group, plus as i said, it was much harder and more challenging than what my class did.
So ok after that we went to Lobster house for dinner. Ah the food isnt that great. lol. nvm i was freaking hungry la! only had one choco walffer for lunch. zzz. jon called. he just watch dark night with jiat lor meeeeee at causeway. 150mins. long!~ then he and jiat lor mee came back to rp to meet us, then we walked to woodlands mrt to head home.
I think age is catching up with me! Im always in this dreamy state, which made me forget to do many things, made me very lazy, and made me miss my very hard to wait bus 189. zzz. just now i was looking at that prediction thingy. 189 will arrive in 3 mins. ok. so i went into the dreamy state. Dunno what i was thinking about also la. i turned my head again. 189 is arriving. NVM. so i waited and started thinking about something else. a few buses came, but i remembered i didnt see 189. so i turned again, next bus, 15mins. WTF man. i missed my bus, right infront of me. zzz. yeah. very blurrrrrr nowadays. haha. okok gtg sleep! nights!

BUT i managed to escape 6p. lied to her say i've got a dental appointment at 5~ lol. headed to causeway point to meet cherie. i think im a nice guy. accompany her to bishan leh. then i went home. how nice. nabilah dun like my hair. i dun give a damn. haha. too lazy to cut it or style it la. Diam la hor? man si taught be that. lol.

TUESDAY! Science UT was . . . ok shudn't blame the UT. shud blame myself for not studying for it. ZzZz. I'm feeling kinda "not myself" for the past few days. I feel that im missing something here in my life. RAWR!! Sianified. Some of the UT questions were like simple calculation, and yet my brain gave up on me! i just stared at the question for like 5 mins ( UT duration is 30 freaking precious minutes!!) and i keep thinking of something else. Vhat dhey bell !?! Can't bring myself together for 30minutes. holy cow. maybe i really need tuition. lmao. =.=
luckily i always have whacky friends around me. They drag my attention towards fun and coming up with crazy ideas, and keep me away from blahblah land.My class is so carefree, UT is like nothing to them. AND most of them just aim to PASS. lol. some even say " aiya! everyday get C for daily grade, UT also C. still pass what!" lol. BUT i need to get into a university, cannot disappoint my dad ! sian learning should be self motivated, and i lost my motivation.
oh on the lighter side, will get to see my favourite pro kia tmr! lol. our batch decided to meet up to "train" at sports sch tmr after school. see how pro has he gotten. haha. when i think about him, i cant help but laugh. really. all the silly things we did in sports sch, bullying him. haha! im a bully ! ! and huiru. you better go tmr. dunno how to convince you to go already la. haha. yeah. and i tell you. chitra nardan sucks. i saw huiru's math grade. like wtf man. MONDAY. start of the week. luckily it was enterprise today. if it was science, i think i'll pon class. enterprise today was quite easy. talked about leadership and stuff. So i managed to solo the presentation during 2nd meeting, finished it at 1215. yeah its JULYN's bday yo. went to causeway with baba jon and lihan for lunch and get a cake for tsung wei and julyn. we missed tsung wei's bday =( awwww. feeling kinda dreamy today. keep thinking about my past in class and on the train home after training. like when i was younger, when i started to pick up table tennis, when i first won a local competition and an international medal... then came some bitter sweet memories. Some rather joyful and some just makes me explode. Some choices which i regret making. Some really stupid things that i did. Looking back at my life, it seems like there's nothing to be proud of. A few years of glory, a few years of slacking and rotting and under performing. if someone gave me the power to go back into time once, i will re-live my sports school days, listen to what duan yong jun had told me, train smart, not train hard. i will also try to achieve better grades in school. rather than just passing and studying for the heck of studying. yeah and most importantly i should have listened to my parents. They always tell me that i am too young to get into a relationship now. these words had come to light to me only a month ago. guess my Stubbornnessgot the better of me. no point regretting now. we cannot alter time, only move along with it. And i do not believe in fate, as fate is overrated. It will disappoint you time and time again. maybe its a karma of all the bad things i've done in the past ( cant really think of any bad things i did thou ).ah..... truck.

Saturday! supposed to have a class gathering, and we expected like at least half the class. haha BUT only 6 were able to make it. baba, jon, daryl, cool guy, okok and me. We went to lido to watch hancock. I thought that show was boring. yeah quite dull actually. shud have watched 21. haha. After that we took a stroll at far east, AGAIN.. such a boring place SIOL. when our tummies started to grumble, we went to lucky plaza for dinner, wanted to go pizza hut at first, then we went to some malay java restaurant, then we walked out, stopped at a malay restaurant, pondered about Macdonalds, and in the end, pizza hut. LOL. wasted like half an hour walking around. Had a hard time eating due to my braces, cant bite "too hard" food. ahhh lazy to type. Let the photos talk. BB!

Huiru and I decided to pay our alma mater a visit yesterday. lol. she wanted to go collect her O's cert. zZz lol suppose to collect it like a year ago leh gajah!! i went to collect my testimony. Nice. all crap. lol. after that we headed to training hall. on the way we saw Dr Seet. rofl. we were like (-__-") haha. wa Ke jiao lian so nice, say huiru slim down. lol i think he dun have a choice but to tell a white lie. lol. everyone laughed at my braces. zzzz. idiots. then huiru, Ce, Kh and partner plus me went to causeway point for dinner with big head. so long nv see them already. lol. oh before that i saw a photo of me on a postcard or something. when i was sec 1 or 2.
